Our convention and conference destination of Rostock and the surrounding region can be easily reached via the modern rail network, by ship, two motorways and Rostock-Laage Airport. This infrastructure defines the conference region of Rostock not only as a central point between the major cities of Hamburg and Berlin on a national level but also between Copenhagen and Stettin in international terms.

ARRIVING BY CAR

The Hanseatic city of Rostock and the Baltic seaside resort of Warnemünde are situated on the Baltic Sea coast in the middle of Mecklenburg Western Pomerania. There are direct connections here to the A19 and the Baltic Sea motorway A20. Regardless of whether you are coming from Hamburg or Berlin, Rostock and Warnemünde and the district of Rostock can be reached without any detours.

You can also get to Rostock very easily without a car. The local public transport network is well developed by road and rail and even extends to the water. Using our Welcome! ticket, you can transport your participants in conventions, conferences and seminars cheaply and comfortably between the event location and the hotel. The RostockCARD also offers discounts on many attractions in Rostock and the surrounding area.

The Welcome! ticket for conventions, conferences and seminars is offered by the Rostock Convention Bureau and the Warnow transport association (VVW), and in this way, we can take care of mobility in the Hanseatic city of Rostock and in the district of Rostock. For a two-day event, you will receive discounts on Rostock’s public transport network as a token of our gratitude. Please contact us in this regard

If your participants would like to linger in Rostock for a few days after the event, we can offer you the RostockCARD – the adventure ticket for Rostock and region.
