Ensure unlimited and ecofriendly mobility at your event
Thanks to a cooperation between the Rostock Convention Bureau and the local public transportation provider VVW you can arrange tickets for public transportation for the participants of your events easily and affordable. You choose if printed tickets are handed out, the event tickets function as a public transport ticket or a digital solution should be used.
In a few steps to the tickets
If you´d like to offer public transportation tickets to the participants of your event, get in touch with us, the Rostock Convention Bureau.
We want to know the estimated number of participants, the date of the event, the area in which the public transport will be used and the design of the tickets. Based on those information the VVW will make an offer.
After the event the final price calculation will be done, based on the real number of participants.
