The Rostock Convention Bureau - for event planners: Conference service for your successful event

The Hanseatic and University City of Rostock with its seaside resort of Warnemünde and the district of Rostock offer ideal conditions for conferences, conventions and events due to their outstanding location. In order to market this dynamically growing conference and convention location professionally and successfully, the Rostock Convention Bureau was set up in 2016 as the business unit of Rostock Marketing. As the central point of contact on the ground, the Convention Bureau offers expert advice and one-stop, all-round service both for domestic and international event planners and for partners of Rostock Marketing. In order also to establish the district of Rostock as an attractive, dynamic conference location, the Convention Bureau expanded its sphere of influence in 2018 and it now combines the wide-ranging conference and event facilities of the entire conference region as a central and neutral point of contact.
